100% property finance

A completely legal way for property investors to acquire 100% finance for their property purchases provided that they are acquiring the property at least 20% below the RICS valuation.

It requires you to have the money available in your bank account to pay the deposit, although this will not actually be used for the deposit.  This method of finance is only available to those who can show they have:

  • A very good credit rating
  • Equity in existing properties worth in excess of 20% of the value of the property being purchase
  • Cash in their bank account in excess of the deposit required

It is unlikely to be suitable for novice property investors.

You will be required to use the finance company's preferred solicitor who charge approximately £500 plus VAT.  The cost of the finance arrangement is 1% of the property purchase price including a non refundable deposit of £250.
