This opportunity represents an excellent way to invest in property in France by purchasing a leaseback property which benefits from a government-backed VAT-refund incentive (paid on completion), designed to encourage investment in tourist residences.

In our view, this opportunity provides an excellent long term low risk investment requiring a small investment of a few thousand pounds but providing instant equity, cash back on completion, and producing good sustainable capital growth as well as guaranteed rental returns with no fuss.

You purchase the freehold interest in one of the properties and that is then leased back to the management company for a minimum period of 9 years.  You will be paid a guaranteed annual return by the management company with no ongoing maintenance or running charges.
